"Lo mejor de lo mejor"
Attending the seven week Summer Spanish Language Program requires a commitment of time and resources. That being said, it is worth it. As a middle-aged adult, it was quite a trip going back and living in a university setting, attending classes, doing homework, giving presentations, taking exams, as well as eating in a dining hall. The professors are excellent and your skills will improve exponentially. Go if you are a serious student.

"Summer Spanish Camp for Adults"
Attending Concordia's Overnight Adult Spanish Week was a great way to be immersed in the language and practice conversation skills without the planning and expense of leaving the U.S.. It is a summer camp designed for kids, so no four-star accommodations here. While the curriculum is fixed, my instructors were truly committed to helping me improve my language skills. My friends and I had a a lot of fun. Go for fun.
