Each chapter contains a 3-6 page story in Spanish, a summary of the story in Spanish and in English, a list of vocabulary words from the story, and a set of multiple choice questions for you to answer about the story (with answers).

That being said, you don't have to be a teacher to purchase any of their books. Over the years, we've read several of them in classes and with friends.

There are eight books in this collection of biographies of famous people from Eva Perón to Miguel de Cervantes.
We love the idea of studying historical figures around the world. These stories are each ~30 pages in length, with a "Comprensión de la lectura" section of multiple choice questions. While answers are not included, the questions are pretty straightforward. It's important to note that a few of the historical "facts" included in one or two of the stories might be questionable today, but this also makes for great conversation.
